WMP Branch of Unite the Union wish to encourage all members to use their vote wisely and your branches recommendation is to not accept the pay freeze (pay cut).

It is clear that the decision not to offer any pay award is political as the NHS have been offered 3%, the fire service 1.75% and local authorities 1.75%.

Are police staff worth NOTHING
