Unite the Union members have accepted the 24 - 25 pay offer.  

As you will be aware the ballot for this years pay offer closed on 02/10/24.  There was a 49% turnout with 84% accepting the 4.75% pay increase on all pay points on the PSC pay spine as of 1 September 2024 and a 4.75% increase on Standby Allowance from £34.49 to £36.13 as of the 1 September 2024.

We have met with the employers side today and a joint circular will follow in due course from the Police Staff Council.
