On the 1st June 2021 the force have launched a brand new mental health support service for colleagues which is now live. The new provider is called Vivup and replaces BWell.

• Designated on-site counselling: Take the first step to receiving effective mental health support with a face-to-face meeting with one of their highly qualified counsellors
• 24/7 telephone support: Speak to an experienced specialist in confidence to discuss any emotional, personal or work-related issue you might be facing
• A variety of resources: Receive immediate access to a range of self-help resources, including CBT workbooks and mental tracker apps
