If a member of Unite finds themselves subject to an ASM, it is important that you contact us at the earliest opportunity to ensure that representation and sound advice is given.  You will be allocated a rep to deal with your individual case.

If you have been long term sick, it may be that you are subject to the half pay / no pay panel.  If you find yourself in this position then please make contact with us asap so representation can be taken to the panel.
